The Company was hired, in late November 2020, to take out a old 4' chain link fence and gate and replace it with a new 6' fence and gate that was approximately 60' in length. They put the new fence up in the dead of winter. Once winter was over and the snow had melted. We noticed that the fence was crooked and not properly aligned with the side walk. We also noticed that the North-east & South-east corner post's were not properly aligned with the North-west & South-west corner post's. We also noticed one pole was slightly bent and another was crooked. In checking over the fence hardware attachments

We just had a fence installed by Custom Fence Co and we couldn't be happier. It's owned and operated by Rich Kujawa they have been installing fence since 1975. We did our homework found Custom was the least expensive compared to 3 other companies. Rich came out himself to measure and give an estimate, he respected our social distancing staying outside all the time. Once we signed on he communicated and cooperated when we asked for some changes to layout. Once the weather changed and lock down lifted his crew came out on time and also kept distance and stayed outside. They finished in one day were

Unfortunately, something has happened there this year. My sister paid a $4000 deposit and has yet to have her fence put up. After 4 months, delay after delay. No assurances from the company. Will she lose her deposit? Be careful.
Update.. Finally the fence was installed. It does look beautiful and they did a good job. BUT..communication is sorely lacking. In this day that HAS to be one of your top priorities! Get eveything in writing, including when you would get a refund if not satisfied

I was pretty disappointed when they did not show up for an estimate and did not bother to answer emails regarding the estimate and if/when they would show up. I wrote a review on their Facebook page, which they first lied on and then deleted. They told me that I was the one confused about our phone conversation and they remembered everything about the interaction, even though they said it happened late in the day and the time on my cell phone showed the call was at 8:20AM. In the end, if they had simply apologized and admitted they got the timing wrong instead of trying to make me look like
