It took a couple months to obtain the aluminum for our fence, with the pandemic. But as soon as they got our materials in, they came over and installed our entire fence within 5 hours! Everything looks incredible, they cleaned up, and were very professional the whole time. Great experience.

I’ve used FenceMasters for the past two properties I’ve owned. Both times they were extremely efficient, professional, and went above and beyond. This most recent install gave me some anxiety since we just bought the house and I don’t know where all the sprinkler lines are buried. The guys hand dug the first few posts on each side until they found the line so they could avoid it and there as no damage to the sprinklers!

Of course materials were held up for a while, but as soon as Fence Masters received them, they came and installed our fence. We are so happy with it! The employees (Brian & another man) were quick, kind, cleaned up beautifully. We really appreciate the work they did! Larry also did multiple requests & quotes for us to choose the best option. While we experienced a slight bit of miscommunication about the type of fence I wanted installed, the crew from Fence Masters was polite and professional and bent over backwards to make it right. They took out my old fence and had the new fencing installed in a day! It looks wonderful! And, while it may not be the design I originally wanted (always confirm in your correspondence so BOTH parties know you're on the same page with style-type, etc.), I truly appreciate the professionalism of the crew that came out and all their hard work. The crew foreman was outstanding and he and the supervisor presented

Fence Masters was amazing to work with, we worked with Brian and him and the crew were so kind, respectful. We had a little hiccup with our fence and they came out the next day to fix it. Fence Masters was great to deal with from the beginning of the project, through estimation and install. They were quick on responses via email or phone. The crew that removed old fence and installed new fence were great, professional and communicated well with us throughout the 2 day install. Cleanup overnight was perfect and the final cleanup after completion was great. Do not hesitate to hire them for any work.

I had them replace my old privacy fence a few years ago. They did a great job. Even the inspector was impressed. They put larger posts in to provide more strength because I have a wind tunnel in my backyard. They didn't go the lazy route and use prefab panels. Everything was done slat by slat. I recommended them to my coworkers who are also pleased with the work they had done. They also repaired a board quickly when it was damaged from a bad storm. Really pleased with them.

I could not comment on the quality of their work. They did not show up after multiple calls on the day they were scheduled to come out and look at the work to be done. They called that evening to say there was a mistake with scheduling and would be out the next day (seemed fishy). The next day they called 10 minutes before the appointment time to say they were not taking on any new work. pretty much a waste of our time. If they had just been honest to begin with there would be no problem.
