Zero stars - buyer beware do not do business with this company. Ordered sink well in advance of counter top installation. The counters arrived and the sink did not fit. Literally put it right back in the box. Spoke with multiple people at MR Direct and they refuse to take my sink back since I am outside of the 45 day window. I would happily pay a restocking fee and shipping to return this item but they refuse to take it back.
A couple things learned....
1. They still have this sink IN STOCK and will not accept the return.

Not satisfied with my MR Direct T3120D double bowl stainless steel kitchen sink purchase which replaced an older double bowl stainless steel sink that I liked a lot better. The MR Direct sink came slightly warped, but I was able to get it in place and tighten it down flat, so I kept it. However I grew to hate it -- The bowls are not sloped enough to drain food particles, the bowls are too small to wash pans in, so you have to hold them above the sink, the divider on the top is wide and flat which makes water splash all over you and onto the floor, and whatever finish they use on the stainless steel

The sinsink itself is of decent quality. However, i would not suggest buying directly from MR direct. There return policies are not consumer friendly and/or in line with how consumers shop today. $73 for aink invluding shipping. Net return $22 after paying shipping too and fro. Color matching is not accurate via photos and should not be penalized with an additional 20% stocking fee.
***DO NOT buy directly from MR direct, unless you have physically seen the item elsewhere.*** Even then, you should reward the Brick n Mortar location with the purchase. Not friendly to online shopping.

My experience with Broadway has been a month long night mare that I would not wish on anyone. My warranty company selected Broadway to repair my fridge. The fridge was working but the freezer, middle drawer and ice maker were not. I talked to Broadway on Wednesday and they said they would be out the following Wednesday to diagnose. They called me the day they were supposed to come out and said they were not coming they knew what the issue was and would order the part and be out the following Wednesday to repair (the day before Thanksgiving.) A good customer service shout out to MR Direct Sinks and Faucets.
Last year during our remodel we chose a faucet from this company.
A year later the little plastic button you use to toggle between water pressures broke. This left it with only one option for water pressure.
Knowing it was probably out of warranty I called to see if I could order the part.
The two customer service agents made it the easiest process ever. They found the initial order, confirmed it was out of warranty but are sending the replacement part anyhow.

First off, their products are made in USA. Customer service is exceptional. Shipped next day after ordered. Took back the sink I order that was bigger than my cabinet. They had correct and perfect info on website. I cannot measure I found out. Sent me a prepaid UPS label and refunded return in same week. Highly recommend. Website easy to use.

Recently purchased a Mr Direct TrueGranite kitchen sink (Lowe's). We were pleased when we got it home. It's a quality product, for sure. My review is mostly about customer support agent Tiffany Eidson. I had difficulties with the "knock-out" hole modification during installation. Sent detailed photos and detailed emails regarding my problem. Tiffany was courteous and extremely helpful. Dealing with support among most businesses is usually a task I do not relish. Tiffany was like a breath of fresh air! Choices for a remedy to my "situation" seemed daunting. She made everything right. Rest assured

Update: After posting my review I received a phone call from the company. Tiffany listened to me while I explained my own experience and my dissatisfaction with the billing. She apologized and asked if she could look into the billing and call me back. I agreed and a couple of days later I received an email with their explanation and the following day after the email she called and left a voicemail. She refunded the difference for customer satisfaction which I am pleased with. I do believe after posting a review the company was concerned and they wanted to and did the right thing. I only wished

I ordered this sink and it arrived dented. Lowe's customer service advised me to return original sink and order a new one. We did that and the new one arrived dented as well. I reached out to MR Direct customer service which recommended me order a 3rd sink and to call them so they can put in a special request with the warehouse. So basically, if you want your sink not to arrive damaged apparently you have to call them and ask them not to drop it? Unbelievable, the customer service agent disconnected and did not answer my question about the number to call. DO NOT BUY THIS SINK

I am a kitchen cabinet dealer in Novi, MI and we buy 10 to 20 sinks a year from MR Direct. We just received our 2nd order in a month or two that had the wrong sink in the box. Worse, they make us send the wrong sink back. It's ins time consuming and very inconvenient. They offer us no discount to compensate us for the time this take. So if you need your sink in a hurry, be sure to open the box before the granite guys get there to template your kitchen. You may have the wrong sink and have to wait for a replacement.

Customer service was amazing, I am very impressed. I had a question about purchasing an accessory for my sink and was contacted the very next day to address it. The woman who called about my inquiry was great. She was helpful and went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. I don't even have my sink yet, but I can tell that I'll love it. The sink itself is great; however, I would hesitate to order from this company again because of its poor customer service. The sink did not come with the template, which it clearly states it would, nor did it come with any instructions. Not having a template delayed our granite counter installation. When my husband called customer service to request these items, they were able to email the template, but for instructions we were told "we don't provide instructions. We are not installers." We had a unique need for a vessel in our outdoor casita; rustic yet refined. We went with a sandstone and it is absolutely amazing. What I am most impressed with is the customer experience. We purchased this faucet for a small bathroom remodel. The online ordering was easy, quick, and efficient. The faucet shipped very quickly and was at our doorstep within two days. We're very impressed with the quality of the faucet as we have been looking for one with all metal components for a reasonable price. This served our need and looks beautiful! This place truly sucks on multiple levels. I received my sink rather quickly. But the package was badly damaged. I took pics and sent an email rejecting the order, which was a sink and a couple of things that went with the sink. It was a Friday, so no assistance all weekend. (This is 2018, that is a fail in and of itself). I called Monday Morning and got Sarah. She told me she would make a claim with UPS and I could print a label out for it. Every business is not without its flaws and I did dock one star because of the following reasons:
