Contracted to replace/install flashing around three sliding glass doors, per the contract windows were to removed and flashing installed. Window's weren't removed and when installing trim around the windows they used 2-3 inch brad nails which fractured the frames of the windows, the leak is now 10 times worse and when contacted to repair the damage they caused, they informed me that the windows were old and it's not they're fault, three other contractors said they could do the repairs and were cheaper but I figured going with the name brand that's been around for a long time I would get a better

Brian Hunter of Michigan Building Specialties was very instrumental in getting our project done this year. If not for him, I doubt that the project would have been done. Due to the Covid pandemic, it was near impossible to get anyone to even look at it. Brian stayed with it and had it completed to our great satisfaction. I highly recommend Brian and his company!
