Phillip diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Our plumber showed up early, which was nice. He explained everything he was doing, what the charges were and proceeded to replace the toilet.
He was very courteous, cleaned up everything meticulously. I would definetely recomommend Sam T's for any future plumbing neeeds.

We paid $444 for a leak detection and were told that we had a slab leak which would cost over $4,000 to fix. We decided to get a second opinion and a second licensed plumbing company found the leak in the wall behind our hot water heater and had it repaired in less than an hour for under $800. I have called and emailed Sam Ts to discuss the matter with management and have gotten no response. Very disappointing. I feel our money was completely wasted on an incorrect assessment.

I had a hole in a pipe spraying water everywhere and Sam T’s had Phillip out to me very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and even took time to explain how things worked to me! He finished quickly and everything looks great! I will be using Sam T’s for any other problems I might have in the future because of the service I received today. Thanks again Phillip!

I put in a new garbage disposal. The piping did not line up and I did not feel comfortable redoing the piping I asked them to fix it. They gave me an estimate of $225 - explaining that they would need to take it back further to fix it and it would take time. They finished the job in 20 minutes and charged me $225. ($49 for the estimate and $176 for the work.) The only thing they seemed to change was the P-Trap.
They were very nice, very professional and the work was well done. They were not worth the price.

My service today was awesome and timely. Phillip installed a kitchen faucet for me and he was courteous and very knowledgeable about the pipes and water valve. I truly enjoyed talking with Phillip and I thank him for the amazing work he did for me. More importantly my wife loves the new faucet too. I will definitely highly recommend him to my friends and family.

I’ve called on SAM T’s four times and each time I’ve been impressed with the service provided. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. They’ve come after hours and on weekends! They assess the situation, quote the job and then get it done. They provide professional invoices and show up when they say they will. They will let you know what the issue is and then offer the best solution(s) but never try to upsell you just because you are in a bind. I trust SAM T’s! I’ll call on them again and would recommend them to anyone!

This business is very expensive and not customer friendly. Job was to replace faucet and they charged $450 for a 10 minute job. The technician said that he would email receipt of payment and come back to finish job when he found the right part. He has done neither and attempts to contact only lead to voicemail. I would not recommend this company as there are too many other choices.

All I can say is wonderful. They arrived at my home about an hour after I called, for a plumbing "emergency ", so we had no appointment. Their rates were so very reasonable and they were honest and efficient. I cannot say enough about the service, and now we have a plumber for whenever we need one. Thank you so much.

As the Sam T's truck was leaving my neighbors house yesterday, I flagged him down to ask a quick question regarding my broken dishwasher and to ask for a quote. After explaining the problem, Phillip said "let me take a quick look". Well, his quick look saved me the cost of a new dishwasher. The person that installed my garbage disposal, didn't turn the water back on under the kitchen sink. (that was the problem, there was no water when I started it.) Terrible Scam!!......Buyers Beware.!!....Technician and Appy gave my wife an estimate of +$900 to replace "Moen" shower regulating valve through the back drywall.
We denied and investigate broken valve on youtube....LOL
The fix was a Moen 1222 positemp valve replacement ...Valve and valve puller bought at Lowes for $60... Technician did not touche the valve or investigate. And then was doing training at the same time!!!... What a shame of a Company Technician !!!!!!! Buyers Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!
