My Wife called this company and initially got a great response, the plumbers (in inverted commas) attended site and proceeded to ask about the water filter on the tap. They actually tried to sell us a piece of equipment that would not have resolved our issue. As they did nothing whilst here, they asked for $65 for the callout fee and then kindly offered a warranty for 30 days should the same issue occur. Well it did, My wife called Brian from Brians' Plumbing on a number of occasions, he requested I call him and he will talk me through it. I called and got nothing, then text, I got a text

I normally don't write reviews and if I do then majority of time are good rewievs. This one took everything out of me. I called and asked if they do estimates for plumbing. The "lady"s ( never gave me her name) responds was that they are very busy for the next few weeks ( understandable) and they are short handed because nobody wants a job. My respond was ( in a funny way) " wow really?" And she said" yeah" in a really nasty tone. Before I could say anything , for example, that I can wait and call back for an appointment because I was not really in a hurry , she

I had a plumbing emergency and called this company and got an appointment later in the day (between 3-6pm). I called later that day to confirm they were coming out, as we really needed help, and was assured they were coming out. As time past I called again to see where they were and got their answering machine stating they were no longer around. I spent all day waiting for them and they never showed and never returned my calls, even the next day after I left a very detailed message for them. I will never call them again, very unprofessional
