My very first foundation quote was from Carlos about a year before i got the work done. I got over 12 quotes each with estimates from 4k to 15k and none were consistent with others, so I called carlos back and he gave up an updated quoted said the foundation is sinking since he saw it a year ago so we finally reached an agreement. They came out on time, he told me 3 days 4 at the most and he was spot on. He even replaced extra beams at no additional cost. They left the place very clean and did a ver professional job. I got an independent engineering report before and after then later realized that

I'm giving this company a bad review because they're way overpriced it took them too long to complete the job and they left trash all over my yard.... I would highly recommend a different foundation repair... The owner of the company was extremely rude I will not be using this company or referring this company ever....
