Having to schedule foundation repair work is scary! Pinnacle took away all of our anxieties and fears. The work crew was beyond professional. Each time I spoke with anyone in the office, they were beyond friendly and never assuming. The story that lead to the foundation of Pinnacle Foundation Repair started about 60 years ago when Robert Wade Brown, a structural engineer from Dallas, Texas, founded a foundation repair company in 1963.
The homeowner was experiencing dips and humps in their flooring, sticking doors, cracking sheeting, rotating brick walls, obvious sloping, and they hired a structural engineer to come out to determine a solution. After the homeowner emailed us the engineer report, we wanted to conduct our own inspection to verify the engineer's findings, and we identified quite the contrary.
A commercial property management company noticed a separation between tilt wall panels, and the leave out tied into the panel was sloping toward the exterior wall in this area. After doing a comprehensive assessment, it was determined that a section of the tilt wall had sunk 2. This part of Dallas doesn't have any trace of bedrock for at least the first 50' deep from grade level, and the builder piers are often only 20-25' deep.
The homeowner hired a foundation repair company to install concrete pressed pilings, use polyurethane injections around their 1974 slab foundation, and have made adjustments four times in the last four years. The homeowner was looking for a permanent solution so they can remodel their home without having to worry about it cracking.

We recently had around 25 piers installed on our foundation by Pinnacle. We knew our home needed foundation repair and had previously paid for an independent engineering consultant to provide an assessment. The engineer recommended another foundation repair company whose visit was very unprofessional and not at all thorough. We decided to get another quote from pinnacle. Chris came to our home to do the assessment for Pinnacle. We did not mention to him that we already knew what work was needed from the independent engineering evaluation. Crew was very personable and able to answer all me questions. They showed up early and went straight to work. The work was superb and they left my area cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend this company.
The price was also considerably lower than other estimate. Lifetime warranty. You can't lose hiring pinnacle foundation repair.

Justin came by to do an analysis of our foundation. We have had some cracks in the walls and ceiling and were concerned there was a foundation issue. Justin did a thorough analysis and the result??? No work needed. Now that is awesome. I really appreciate his honesty and time he spent discussing the foundation with my wife. Even though we did not need work done I would highly recommend this company due to their honest assessment of our home.

The team at Pinnnacle Foundation repair was awesome! From Nate coming out and being honest and explaining things and getting us a quick quote. Kristen in financing willing to help us out an getting us the information so we could get help to pay for it. Then the crews coming out and bearing the cold temperatures to help fix the foundation. We needed foundation repair on our home and decided on Pinnacle foundation. We have an older home built in the 1940’s that is a pier and beam that needed extensive repair. Jacob gave us an assessment and price that was reasonable. We had transition pilings placed around the north part of our home and a wooden beam replaced. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend them. They were professional and worked hard to make things right.

I had an awesome experience with Pinnacle Foundation Repair. I decided to get a few quotes because I live in an old house with pier and beam foundation and was wondering if I needed to have anything addressed. Chris Wood was our tech who provided the free, first-time foundation evaluation. He was on-time and courteous. The evaluation took about 20 minutes and we didn't require any foundation repair! Our house was built 20 years ago and it was great news to hear we don't have any issues.

Pinnacle did a great job on my Foundation. I'm very satisfied with their service. Jacob came out to see me and explain what he would be doing. Jacob was very polite and very professional and a joy to work with. Pinnacle's office staff was fantastic. Every time I call with questions or concerns I was given the utmost respect and answered in detail to everything I ask.
