This project involved designing and constructing a new Fitness Center for the Bakersfield Country Club. The two story building has a total square footage just above 12,000 and an allowable building area of 42,750 square feet. These design elements blend perfectly to create a modern home that still retains the warm and inviting feel you would expect from a residence.
