If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! We had repeated issues with a backup from the kitchen line in our basement, which impacted our ability to use our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine. Other companies tried and failed to resolve the issue, but Jeff at Gravity Drains came up with a solution that was cost effective and actually worked!! From start to finish, the process and communication with Jeff and Lethon was great!!

Lethon (the owner) was able to unclog my main line when previous company failed. Professional equipment used was clean and adequate for the job. Plumbing is messy work but he kept it to the minimum and hosed off around the drain and towel dried it when the job was completed. Nice job!!!

After calling a few other places and never getting a call back. I called Gravity Drain Services, at 9:15am by 11:00am, Seth had called, came over and fixed the draining issues, He was very professional, quick friendly and informative on ways to prevent this from happening in the future as well. If any future plumbing issues arise, they will be the first call.

I had Gravity out to clean out the sewer lateral due to a back-up in the basement. Lethon Baynes is just about the nicest person you will ever meet. VERY professional, patient, methodical, and did not give up until the job was done right. And the cost was definitely reasonable considering how hard he worked and how long it took. I had called another company about 2 months ago for the same job - they were here 15 minutes and gone - charged me $135 and only did a temporary fix, unbeknownst to me. Lethon was here for 2 1/2 hours and there is not a root left in my system, from the house all the way

My kitchen sink stopped draining. It was completely blocked up. Gravity came out, diagnosed the problem, wound up getting up on the roof, and about 30 minutes later the drain was clearer than it had been in years. The service was fast, friendly, and very reasonable. I'd use them again myself and highly recommend to others.

Gravity Drains was amazing to work with. We were closing on our house and they were able to repair a sewer problem that came up during the inspection very quickly so there were no delays! They were very easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommended them!

My whole family is so grateful to Lethon for his quick, gracious, and highly competent service on this Memorial Day. We just bought a house, and were assured that the plumbing issue was taken care of. Surprise! Not so much.

This not only was some of the best service I've ever had in plumbing, but with any service. We had a clogged toilet on CHRISTMAS EVE (afternoon) and Lethon responded the fastest.
Not only was quick but couldn't beat the price, especially on Christmas Eve! We were up a creek today not only with a busy day and needed service. We didn't know if it would have to wait another day.
I asked him if he had any more jobs (hoping he could call it a day, on this particular day), and he shrugged and said he's "24 hour service", he didn't know.
