$$$ EXPENSIVE--- 615.00 for simple pump out. Very knowledgeable service staff. Prompt and courteous. I was quoted 200-ish per hour plus .20/gallon. Got a little sticker shock was he told me it was 615.00. Make sure you get a quote in writing. Satisfied with service, just a lot more $$$ than I had anticipated.

Our kitchen sink backed up and after snaking it ourselves, we discovered that our kitchen stack was the issue. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with a very professional and cheerful scheduler who was able to send someone out that afternoon. Brock showed up on-time, was friendly and knowledgeable and had the problem taken care of in no time. The price was extremely reasonable even with the roof fee. I would highly recommend Mid American Drain Services!

We've used these folks since the 1990’s. They’re on time. Professional. Knowledgeable. Do a spectacular job. And, during Covid, they all wore masks and practiced all other applicable precautions. They can snake out the drain. They can camera the drain. They had hydro-flush the drain. They can provide all the services a quality drain cleaning company provides. And, best of all, they’re 24 hours/7 days a week.

Two technicians came here on a Friday afternoon of July 4th week.... couldn't have been nicer. Ran into a problem requiring a plumber to replace a part - Mid America Drain technician (Bryan) got on the phone and personally found someone that would come replace the part... on a Friday afternoon! I would have been without a kitchen sink for days if he hadn't called on my behalf! I have 4 kids home on summer break... it would not have been pretty. Thanks for the outstanding customer service.
