Had an issue with our heating. Talked to Dan mid-day on a Saturday. He was actually really friendly. Said he might be able to get someone out on Sunday, and if not, could do it Monday. Said he'd call me back to give me a time. Never called back. I called back in on Monday & left a message. Just got a call back (from someone else), saying he's not interested in the work or is too busy (literally one or the other, lol).
So, whatever, I've seen a lot of negative reviews saying HVAC guys turn down work when they're too busy. Always thought it was kind of unfair, if you're too busy, you're too busy
