John replaced the roof in our house in 2019 with a contract including two cricket installations but this May I found that they didn't install crickets (our house has two stories with a high ceiling). I contacted him immediately and he shipped us some parts needed to install them. However, it's been 3 months since those parts are sitting in the driveway. At some point in May, he texted me that they will take care of it and take a picture for us. I have waited and waited but he is not responding my call or text for almost a month. I am very disappointed about how he deals with former customer as

We had DeLaurier Roofing replace our roof in September of 2020. We thought he did a terrific job! In May of 2021 we had a leak. They came out and said it from the chimney and was not part of the new roof. This was and is confusing for us since the chimney is up there as part of the roof. We had another roofing company come out and tell us that it should have been done but who knows. While the other roofer was up there they noticed that some of the new roofing work was not up to code. A drip line was missing. We again contacted John. He offered to do all of the work at no charge-but that was 3 months

From the time I contacted them, I was impressed with John’s promptness and professionalism. He was very responsive to my many questions, and I had a proposal the day after his first visit. I am in real estate and I could not give higher praises to John DeLaurier and his team of very professional workers. I have an 8500 square foot home with a steep pitched roof and they completely replaced the shingles and did prep work and added new architectural shingles miraculously in 2 days. Excellent clean up, follow up and just a pleasure to work with. Why go anywhere else? Five star rating!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great to work with from start to finish. Gave us a detailed and thorough proposal with several options. Consistently followed up to answer questions, brought sample boards of shingles so we could really see how they would look. Crew was efficient and did a great job. Completed the work in one day. John walked around with us after the work was done to make sure we were happy with the results and address any questions/concerns. Our roof looks great and there was a lot of attention to detail to do the job right. Highly recommend!

Our realtor referred us to DeLaurier Roofing and I am so happy he did! John and Cameron made every effort to make this an easy process for us. They had wonderfully clear lines of communication, kept us in the loop every step of the way with phone calls, emails, and texts, and you can definitely tell that they take pride in their crew and their work.
