Jeff is one of the few contractors who has been willing to come out and do the smaller repairs for roof leaks on our rental properties. He has never charged much, and in fact with the first repair, I had to insist that he allow me to pay him. Because of his integrity and courtesy, I had him handle the insurance-paid replacement of a roof on one of the rentals that had Atlas shingles. After doing an initial, no-cost, inspection, he met with the adjuster on very short notice, and actually did the on-the-roof work for the adjuster while the adjuster stood in the yard below.
