Sage came out to my home and did a complete termite inspection. He detailed everything that would be necessary to eliminate the termites. I liked his friendliness, honesty & service plan. He scheduled me within the next week & did a full termite treatment. He uses top of the line products & has a great 3 year warranty.

10/10 would recommend. Sage responded and showed up in less than 24 hours. Super knowledgeable and was so friendly. He went above and beyond and it was a great price. We had a cockroach and black widow issue, haven’t seen any in weeks. He even took a broom and got rid of all of the webs and went around all of our windows and foundation and cleaned it all out. We are renting and he informed us of a termite issue and put us on a 6 month rotation, without a contract! A friend referred us and we were beyond impressed. We’ve even referred him to a few friends. I am so happy that I found Local Choice. They are much less expensive than my last pest control company because rodents are included in the fee. They also look for termite activity every time they are here. I like how they text me when they are on the way. Sage is so knowledgeable. He also repaired my irrigation system. He will also fertilize the plants correctly and make sure my timer is set for the correct watering. I love how one company can do so much and the prices are so reasonable.

The initial visit included a total inspection of the premises and performance of services needed. That included dusting the garage for cobwebs, sealing spaces around pipes and small openings, laying glue traps in the garage to see what type(s) of insects are getting in, and setting traps for small rodents. Upon completion, they sent a comprehensive report about their findings and services performed. In addition to the routine monthly visit, I was told to call anytime I notice a problem. Outstanding service!
