Services
Sometimes regular pest control treatments are not enough to keep your home or business free from scorpions, rats and other pests. That's why we offer our Home Seal Package. This one-time process usually takes a full day and it involves using caulking, foam and other construction materials to physically seal places where pests can gain access to the interior of your home or business.
There are approximately 3 million subterranean termites per acre in North Phoenix neighborhoods. These insects are actually beneficial in nature, but can be very damaging to your home, especially if your home is of the frame/stucco variety. Most newer neighborhoods are built using frame/stucco construction.
In order to meet the growing demand for weed prevention, Titan Pest Control began offering our 14-step Annual Weed Control Program in 2000. This monthly treatment is designed to keep all non-turf, landscaped areas weed free. Twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall, a liquid pre-emergent application is applied to all non-turf areas in your landscape.
One of the reasons you may have chosen to live in Arizona is the beautiful weather. Many animals we consider pests happen to like it too! These undesirable critters include ants, roaches, crickets, scorpions and rodents such as mice and pack rats. We at Titan Pest Control have 25-plus years in the pest control industry, which has given us the experience to create complete and safeguarded pest programs for virtually any situation.
We always start the conversation about bees with the important fact that they are quite possibly the most important members of the Animal Kingdom due to their ability to pollinate plants. That being said, it can be unnerving to have a hive in the walls of your home or somewhere in your yard. Our approach to bee eradication starts with a judicial assessment of the bee activity and location.

A trustworthy company.
I'm selling my home and needed a termite warranty. (I had completely forgotten that I renewed my warranty last August.) When I spoke to Lexy at Titan she not only reminded me that I was up-to-date, but was really understanding about my mistake.
It took her only 5 minutes to email me a copy of my warranty and get me squared away.
They could have charged me twice and I wouldn't have even noticed. It's a nice feeling to do business with a company you can trust.

Great service today by Technician Mike S in Anthem. He thoroughly sprayed my attic where we have a few scorpions getting in to master bathroom. I have had Titan out before to do same service and it was nothing like what Mike did. He took his time and made sure he got all the nooks and crannies so those pesky scorpions will leave me alone! Ask for Mike S is my recommendation. Clean, neat, professional service and no issues!

Service is excellent. The staff excellent. Thank you Steve. The office staff excellent and will ALWAYS call if there is a delay in service. Billing and discounts for paying annually is well worth it. When a schedule is set the technician is on time EVERY time. I highly recommend Titan to anyone who is looking for pest control. It's nice to have a bug free yard and house.

We had this company seal our first home and seemed to not have any problems. The owner seems like a nice guy but the techs hat came out to our brand new construction were terrible (one of them anyway), he over was kind and kept to himself and did pretty good. The main guy was condescending and rude and left a mess of drywall and whatever they used behind him in almost every room and didn't clean it up. They also damaged many door frames and ways w the ladder. For $1500 I expected consideration for my home. I would never recommend this to anyone!

My parents have been using Titan Pest Control for almost 10 years. When I moved to Anthem and wanted to be sure there were no scorpions within a 1 mile radius of our house (hah), I asked my parents who they have been using. They recommended Titan to me. A little concerned about making sure they were good due to my fear of scorpions, I called Titan Pest to see what they can do for me. The office answered all my concerns and were very friendly regardless of my million questions. They assured me they were so confident with their service that they offer re-sprays at no cost should there be an issue

Aaron and his crew provide the best service around. I had them seal my home right after I bought it. No bugs ever inside! Most other pest control companies come out quarterly to spray. Titan comes out monthly. Here's the kicker; it's the same price or less than the quarterly guys. I never see bugs or weeds in my yard. The office staff is very nice and efficient and the technicians are well trained. I have 3 dogs and they are exceptionally careful to close and lock gates so the animals don't get out. I highly recommend them. Shop local!

If you want to lose a pet, this is the place to call. The technician that serviced our home had only been with the company a week and had already received a complaint of having lost a pet of one if their customers. The same technician "managed" to lose our pet as well (albeit accidentally on purpose) and only after a great deal of tribulation was she miraculously found in a distant neighbors yard. Long story short,I deeply question their hiring and background checks of employees and feel that the security of my home and that of my family has been compromised for having chosen Titan
