Contacted and spoke with Russ about replacing all drain pipes in my house that are very accessible. Russ was very helpful on the phone explaining the process and what we could be looking at. Said he would schedule an appointment for someone to come out and give a bid.
The tech that came out was on time and friendly and took no time looking at my current drain pipe system. As we started talking about it, he starts telling me we will have to cut through a floor joist (not just cut a hole or notch, he meant cut out the entire floor joist, which is a nono) to reach a certain pipe, and that the toilet

Very impressed with this team. They showed up on time to give me a bid, was straight to the point on the amount of work needing to be done, and started the same day. They did all the rough in plumbing for my basement bathroom. They installed a tub/shower kit and will be coming back once the bathroom is ready for everything to be connected. I highly recommend them.

After a leaky main water line, we were confused of what to do next. We contacted Russ and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
