We had a leak in our water main line that caused our water usage to skyrocket. Brandon came out to find the leak and didn't charge us for the detection when he quickly determined it was right next to the meter. He sent out his team (Chris, Crosby, and Jordan) and they fixed it in a day without digging up the sidewalk, which saved us even more money. They even took the time to remove some gravel before digging and replaced it after the repair so it looks like it was never dug up. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I called and they were able to fit me in between jobs. They said it was such a simple job they didn't feel write about charging me. Very courteous and quick. I was expecting a couple days, but they came out and had things resolved withing the same hour!

I had a broken pipe in my basement and Aaron came over to assess the need he was fast, personable and good at what he does. In the follow-up repair appointment he and Jake were great, cleaned up their mess and even went above and beyond to put protective nail plates in the studs to the keep the piping safe from drywall nails. Top-rate service. I will be calling them again.

These guys tried to sell me on new water heater (current one 3 years old), which is still under warranty. Their price was $1100 to replace the water heater, or $800 to fix it. I called Water heater company they sent me the part for free and I swapped it out in 30 minutes. Don’t trust these guys, if it sounds too expensive it probably is. Or plumbers make $1600 an hour….

I can’t give Cody enough praise for his outstanding kindness, knowledge and fast service!
We had a problem with one of our toilets leaking, Cody showed up on time and knew right away what was wrong, he told me it would be an easy fix, he showed me the problem explained it thoroughly and fixed it and didn’t even charge me, WAIT… WHAT??? YES…no charge, not even a service charge! I can’t recommend them enough… they will be the ONLY plumbers I call from now on!!!!
I wish I could rate them higher…so happy and relieved to find an honest and knowledgeable company!

We had a leak in our fireplace gas line. Cody and David from Plumbing Utah were great! Dominion Energy had shut off all gas due to the leak. Additionally, the "universal" hex key to turn off the main fireplace gas supply didn't fit. (Guess it wasn't "universal" after all) We were facing a weekend without heat and hot water if we couldn't get a quick repair.
David and Cody came by within 15 minutes of us calling and were able to get the main line shut off. They were so efficient and knowledgeable. They recommended someone to come remove the tiles needed to access the leak at minimum cost.

First of all shout out to David! My husband called Plumbing Utah on a short notice at 8:30 at night for a massive clog in the basement, and they immediately arranged a service for us. David came out within 20 minutes and saved our lives! He was super friendly, generous and extremely helpful. He unclogged the drain and also cleaned out the entire main drain line for us. He's also helped us checking a pipe issue that has bothered me since we moved in to this house. Thank you David for such a great job! No doubt I'm going to stick with Plumbing Utah, such great services!

The guys at Plumbing Utah Heating and Air are great. We had an emergency issue with our guest toilet while we had family in town. We called several plumbers and PUHA was the only service that offered immediate assistance. When they showed up, they realized it was a minor fix. Since they didn't even use their tools, they were gracious enough not to charge us a dime. I will never use another plumber.

Ron has been a life saver. It started off with the shower not working Friday morning 6am and my wife was on her way out of town for an important meeting.
While I was gone, we needed to get the shower working again since we've planned to do a bunch of yardwork, going camping, swimming, etc.. that weekend. Without a working shower, this would not have been possible.
I've called 14 plumbers on Friday - NONE of them came through. Call #15 was to Plumbing Utah and Ron came through with it on a Friday night. What a relief!

After studying all the reviews on two or three companies, I opted to give this newer company a chance, since they has only 4 reviews (positive) and since there were complaints from all the others about price gouging, etc. The secretary was fabulous on the phone, you could tell it wasn't a chop shop with a bunch of telemarketers taking calls. That was good. I THOUGHT. Smaller company, new, needing to build reviews and customers. I explained I had a lot of rental properties and WOULD give a review. Maybe the first clue I didn't recognize was they COULD COME the very next morning at 9am

I want to give a shout out to Ron at Plumbing Utah. I first contacted Plumbing Utah last spring seeking help on a recurring basement leak that no other plumber could seem to solve. Ron came out within two hours and he found the problem and fixed it. I have been contacting Ron ever since whenever I have a plumbing problem. He is always responsive, usually getting back to me within minutes, and he always fixes the problem. Just this morning, I contacted him about a leak in a bathroom sink. I called Plumbing Utah on short notice to help move a pipe which was in the way of a vanity installation. They arranged a quick response and did a nice repair on the copper piping in the wall and they also finished trimming out a shower valve. They even had parts which were missing from the trim kit to complete the job.

I had Brandon from Plumbing utah come do a bid for our office. The job needed someone creative to remody a problem and Brandon was the best fit. He came out when he said he would. He did a great job and was able to cut costs a few hundred dollars in materials. His bid was fair and he did a great job.
