Unfortunately, I have to update my previous review. I had Pando do the plumbing work for my bathroom remodel. Just as the first time, they were prompt, friendly, and performed quality work. However, the price for their work this time was excessive. In fairness to them, they did give me an estimate, which I accepted, but the way they explained what they would be doing made it seem like a lot of work (I even asked to confirm they could finish it in the two days I had scheduled for it). In reality it only took the two of them 5 hours to complete the job with a labor cost of more than $2,000. That

Austin & Kyle came out to fix an issue with a leaking shower drain. I was fully expecting to have to pay $300-$500 to fix the issue, but they figured out the issue was much simpler than that. All that was needed was some silicone and to screw the drain in tighter.
A previous company that had come out did not notice the simple issue and instead wanted to do a full replacement, which wasn't necessary.
I'm thankful to all those at Pando, and it's truly refreshing to deal with honest hard working individuals. I tried to pay them for coming out and still fixing the issue, but they wouldn't accept

Pando Plumbing came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Jeff and his crew came and installed a water softener in our home. They were on time, tidy, professional, and explained the process as they went. They did not attempt to up-sell us on anything--which was a welcome relief. He also made some minor adjustments to our overall system so that we would have the right water pressure. Chris, the dispatcher did a wonderful job of keeping us informed of when Jeff would arrive and answered all of our questions. We will use Pando in the future for sure!! Thanks again.

Jeff and Miller came for a water pressure problem we were having. They were completely professional evaluating everything and finding exactly what needed to be done. Very affordable and did it same day. I highly recommend. Another company came out before them and didn’t really look at anything and said we should recipe the entire house for just $6200!!!! Or just a new water heater and pressure valve for $2600! Unbelievable! We paid under $400 and everything is working wonderful! Thanks Pando!!!

Noticed a bad drip late yesterday on my hot water heater, and Pando was my only call after reading through the yelp reviews. Kris was beyond friendly on the scheduling, and two of her guys were here this morning, where they said it was an easy fix on my over 10 year old hot water heater, and would fix for free this time if I kept them in mind when it is time to replace.

Amazing work! They solved the problem of my water heater which was not working for over 2 weeks. They had to change it for a new one, all under the guarantee with which I bought my house. I had a plumbing issue that has been irritating me since I moved into my condo a year ago. At this point, I was willing to pay any amount to have it resolved. I have been having issues with a main drain. The drain is under concrete in the basement and I noticed the concrete on the other side of the wall where my furnace and such is would look wet and the carpet on the other side of that room would have this mysterious stain reappear. I called Pando Plumbing and he told me that as much as he hated to turn work away that there was another company (Electric Rotor) that has better tools and could help me for cheaper and wouldn't have to chip up my concrete. I'll start with the positive first. They were responsive, came within 24 hours and did good work. However they get 2 stars for trying to rip me off by charging $950 for 2 hours of labor to install a 30" vanity in a powder bath. They wouldn't give me the price when I called since the plumber had to see it first in person. No custom built-in, no problems, didn't have to leave and come back. I had everything except the p-trap and tubing with is $30 at most per Home Depot's website. What's worse is the plumber (who is the owner) refused to break down the cost at first

My parents were visiting out of town when they were notified that their home had a leak in the basement. Earlier this year they had to deal with a entirely flooded basement and months of renovation and organization to resolve the issue. I don't live near my rental and I had an issue with my plumbing and hot water heater and the entire team at Pando was so responsive and able to provide honest cost estimate and pleasant to work with.
They went back with no questions to address something that others could have been a pain about, but they were very proactive.
I would recommend them any time. Also my tenent felt they were nice and did a good job of communicating.

You want to talk about honest , Jeff and his team are the best. My wife called around looking for a plumber to look for potential leak at one of our properties. Jeff went and looked and found the leak which was the stop and waste valve which not properly shut off. He didn't charge us to come out. Good people like him still Exist. He's also a Veteran which is a plus.
