Marathon spa & tub offer value & quality at exceptional prices. They know what they do well & stick to it. I have been using them for over 10 years with my clients. My first experience with them i was a rookie in the Bath remodeling trade and we had installed a tub and after all tile work was completed we noticed a scratch. Marathon was quick to send out a repairman who quickly & easily sanded it down. It was then that I became sold on acrylic tubs & the local company that makes them here in town. I have since installed numerous tubs & a couple of free standing tubs they offer. I highly recommend

Not very helpful, they don't really care. The first girl that approached me was lethargic, she was sick, coughing and sneezing and couldn't care less about making a sale. I drove to the middle of nowhere to custom order a hot tub and ready to make the purchase right then and there. I was then assisted by a lovely lady named Betty, she was very helpful an suggested I take the cutout home and make sure it fits before purchasing. I called the next day to make the purchase of the tub and its accessories, Amanda answered the phone and in the same lethargic and sick manner as the day before. She did

I purchased a spa (The Pegasus) and absolutely love it. Before making this purchase I did a lot of research and compared prices, warranty, service, and delivery/ installation policies. This place is the best considering their pricing was same or better than your big retailers AND they provide warranty AND service. Do your homework. All of the spas I found online had a warranty (and curbside delivery- not to your deck but only to the side of your driveway!!) but you have to SHIP and pay to send your spa out of state!!! Worst and rudest customer service I've ever experienced. Lori was rude. As we tried to explain to her our issue, she continually interupted with demeaning and attacking comments. We were just trying to obtain service on a $2000+ tub/spa that we had purchased. We were even willing to pay for the service. However, Lori had no sense of customer service and when I politely asked her not to interrupt as we were trying to explain our needs, she hung up the phone. They don't ever have to worry about us calling again or making any referrals. Poor product and even worse customer service.
