Justin and Matthew did an excellent job replacing my old a/c and answered all the questions I had without being annoyed. When determining what direction I should go with my old unit, the office manager Jennifer was likewise very willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions too. When I greeted Cristobal at the door, there was a instant professionalism. He was honest, sincere and a “ workhorse.” Given our present-day society, I thought the old school mentality of courtesy and respect no longer existed. I just wanted to say that I have never used Logicool before but after the service I received on my air conditioning unit and the response from the girls in the office each time I called with a question and their quick response I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends or anyone needing a/c services.
