I started as a customer of ACR Services by chance. Several years's ago, In the heat of August, without any any notable issues, my air conditioning went out. Of course, I called the local company that had installed the unit. After informing me that my warranty was up; they told me that they would put me on their service call list, with a minimum of… wait of at least two (2) weeks!
