Called spoke with Salvador to get a quote for a new pool., he stated they do build pools. Appointment was set for 04/20/20 @ 3:00. No call and no one showed up. Called multiple times he stated he sent his worker out to give a quote 4:00 no one showed up.. Salvador stated he would call his worker and let me know. No one called back or text. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't refer this company to anyone!!!!)!

Horrible company they do not do what they charge for I have them on camera saying they treat my saltwater pool with 2 bags of when they did not add any salt for months and proved they are lying to me. When The owner found out I had proof he cursed me out and said he won’t fix the problems he created and hung up on me.

Promises to come day after day, then they don't come. They don't tell you they are not coming unless you contact them and ask where they are and when they will arrive .
Get sick, flat tire, other mechanical trouble, co worker didn't show me my cell phone....on and on it goes.
Google translate is helpful if you text and need help with Spanish.

We built our pool in Summer of '16 and this is our 3rd pool service we've tried. We're been very happy with their service for over a year now.
What attracted me was a good price, what has kept me was the good service.
Mr. Reyes, who services our pool, is a very respectful person and his emphasis is customer satisfaction. I feel safe in that I can trust him to come into my property without any concern, and that he'll do a good service.
I've asked him for additional cleaning services 2-3 times through the year when we've had large family pool parties, and once after a bad dust storm that left
