As a CPO (certified pool operator) we manage mechanical system operations, maintenance, chemical treatments and filtration in both residential & commercial facilities. Work with us! Pools Plus did an entire remodel of our 20+ year old pool and it came out absolutely perfect. Friendly, prompt, and easy experience working with all the employees. Especially the startup process after all the new equipment and plaster was finished. Top notch service, highly recommended.

I was told back then that this company is great. But what happened now? It is so hard to communicate with this company, they will tell you different sh*t every time you will call. They don’t know what is going on, the pool tech will say this and that, then the manager will say different things. They don’t communicate!!! They will ask for down payment right away but then leave you hanging without telling when can they do the work! Terrible!

Had PoolsPlus do a replastering of my pool in addition to replacing our pool deck. The job was done in a timely manner and looks great. Since the remodel we have hired PoolsPlus to maintain our pool. I no longer need to fuss over the pool, it is àlways ready for us to use. In balance and clean.

Pool pump and variable speed motor install. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Mailo came out and inspected my pool to also quote replaster. Next day he installed my filter and VS pump assembly. While the plaster can wait the two months wait list the pump and filter could no. Beautiful blue water. Thank you so much.

We have a 35 year old pool. We asked POOL PLUS1 owner Milo to come give a price to completely strip old plaster, scrub tile & replaster pool. His price was very reasonable & the work his men did can not have been better! They were professional, clean, timely, & quality work. We highly recommend Milo's company bc he stands by his word!! Our pool & tile looks beautiful! 100%satisfied!!

Pools Plus has serviced our pool for many years. They have kept chemicals in perfect balance and have repaired our equipment when needed. They are prompt and courteous. Prices are fair. Just last year they replastered our pool and cleaned the tile. They even updated the tile a little for no extra charge. Our pool is 25 years old and looks great! We really appreciate their excellent service!

Pools plus has been my service for several years & so appreciate they are always quick to respond if there is an issue. My pool pump went out right before Thanksgiving in which I had company that wanted to use the spa & so impressed that when I gave them the go to get it done they were on it & got it done before Thanksgiving day. Everyone one of their service people are so nice & easy to work with as well.

This company has committed fraud. After the pool service was sold to this company they would claim that there was something monthly wrong with our pool pump and filtration system. They were charging us for services that turns out they were not even completing. I have a video camera set up in the backyard for safety surveillance and I noticed that not only were they not fixing the pool pump or the filtration systems but not servicing my pool on a weekly basis which is what I was paying for. Shame on you and you will definitely be hearing from us as we want a reimbursement for the services we did

They weren't cleaning the pool, the baskets, or nets at all.
They were charging me for full service pool cleaning, yet we're not doing anything at all. Every time I would call and try and communicate on what was happening they would get very defensive and argumentative. I even spoke with Hector and expressed my concerns that my pool was not being serviced properly and his response was "

Best pool company in town. Ive been with them since 2010 never been happier. All there staff is very knowledgeable with great customer service. They recently started doing full remodels on pools i just had my mothers pool replasterd by them and they did an excellent job i was not surprised. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your swimming pool needs.

Best service ever! They keep my pool sparkling clean and advice me when needed. No pressure to do work. My pool currently requires pool plastering and I believe I received a fair quote. Will most likely do in a few months. Customer service is great I can reach company fairly easy and if not I can expect a call usually same day. They have replaced parts and cleaner etc within a day or so. I would def recommendation this company.

Hands down the best pool service! They are friendly and professional and have no problem working with you to find what actually fits your needs not just a one size fits all kinda deal. When they came out to give the initial quote he did a quick clean and everything on the pool before I gave a definitive yes. I would 100% recommend this company and at very least giving the chance to quote and get your business.
