Great service and great professionalism. Had our fridge "break" only to discover it was working properly and the door had been slightly cracked. Would have been very easy for the technician to charge us for something "broken" but he was honest and only charged the diagnostic fee. Really appreciate the response and the ability to break down the functionality of the fridge to a point that even I could understand it. Would 100% recommend Piedmont in the future.

Service: Freezer repair

Came out quickly and fixed the problem. Diagnosed another issues that we had noticed but was unsure what it was. He also did some general maintenance on our dryer while he had it apart. Fair price, quick response, and good work.

They do not sell vacuum cleaner parts, which is what I searched for on google. Owner was courteous enough to call back, leave a message, and politely informed me of the mistake by google search, even recommended a shop for me to try. Should I ever need appliance repair (he services washers, dryers and the like) he'll be my first call. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

My dryer stopped working. He got me up and working in a reasonable time. Will use again.
