Needed a dryer repair in Dec in an emergency situation. Lou came out, replaced the belt but noticed another issue, ordered and replaced that part. Working great now. Several other places I called had a 1-2 week wait. Thanks Lou for great service.

Their service was much better than I expected. Lou had to visit twice because he needed to order a special part after identifying the issue. On his second visit he fixed our microwave and it is working fine so far with no issues.
Besides fixing our appliance, I was really impressed with how professional Lou was in his job and to be careful about taking precautions for covid 19. He made sure to wear a mask before entering our house and all the time when he was at our house, we wore that mask and wore if properly. Thanks for your help and for caring about others health.

Just as we're getting ready to sell our house, our 20 year old fridge put out a burning electrical smell, so we powered it down. Since we have a ton of moving expenses, we didn't really want to replace it. So we called All Fixed Appliance Repair and they sent a guy out right away. They expressed shipped a replacement part from Richmond and he was able to come back within just a few days. The repair was successful and the new owners of this house can spend the big bucks to buy the new refrigerator. In the meanwhile, thanks to this great company, we're "chill" again

Great experience. Lou was fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. He was on time and fixed the dryer promptly. We almost bought a new one thinking the issue was major and he fixed it in 30 minutes. It's hard to find good repair companies that you don't have to worry about being up-charged by. All Fixed seems very trustworthy and I will certainly use them again in the future.

He was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer just by talking through text. He came the same day at the time he said he would. Fixed the problem in less than an hour and didn't charge an arm and a leg.

Lou did a great job fixing our Samsung refrigerator. He was easy to contact through voice message and text messaging. Although I had changed out the ice maker unit and the cracked ice bucket, my refrigerator continued to have water collecting under the center drawer/deli tray which then leaked down along the freezer gasket and onto the floor. After a few exchanges he clearly understood my issue and since my problem was not an emergency, we set up an appointment for several days later. He called as I had asked him to when he was about 10 minutes out and I was able to put my dogs in another room

Had a great experience with Lou when he came by to check on our dryer today. He gave me a window for his arrival time yesterday and texted when he was on his way. He was punctual and so, so helpful.
