These guys were fantastic! I had a catastrophic failure of my old fence that needed to be replaced. I called and explained my situation to the person that answered the phone. They were extremely helpful and sent a sales rep over the next day. I had a quote in my hand within 30 minutes! The installers bent over backwards to make sure that my fence was exactly what I wanted. Install was in two days including the removal of my old fence. Could not be happier. Great price, great service, great people. These are the folks to use if you need a fence!

My wife hired this company as they gave us a pretty reasonable estimate on a small amount of fencing for the front of our house. We live in an area where our new home was surrounded by fencing from all of our neighbors but we needed 60 feet in total of fencing to close off our yard.
The installation was scheduled and completed earlier than anticipated which was great. The initial communication from the office was fantastic. The crew that came out was having an issue installing our fencing with only a slight incline in our front yard. At first they installed our fencing with about a 6 inch gap

2014 install.
On the portion of my fence that was aluminum,they tried to install a cheaper option than what was agreed on.
They hit a power line during the instal of the cedar portion of my fence. Neighbor had no power for almost a week.
6 years later the cedar fence posts are all rotted at ground level. Due to very poor quality materials and improper instal methods.

Such great customer service! All the employees are very nice and helpful! I would highly recommend this company to put your fence up! Very reasonable prices!!!! The staff is awesome!!! I couldn’t be happier to have picked them to put our fence up! They did an amazing job!!!! So thankful that I found them! If I could give them more then a 5 star rate I definitely would! I had a very good experience with Acosta Fence Corp! From the very beginning the communication was excellent, and they were very responsive to my questions and needs. I quickly developed a relationship with the sales staff, and I was introduced to the owner. Interactions that I also had with the front desk and those doing the installation were all very positive. The quality of the work done, the promptness of services, and excellent communication all exceeded my expectations. I'm not the easiest customer. I have a lot of questions, I have high expectations, and I tend to change my mind a couple times. Acosta was thoroughly accommodating through it all, from the first consultation to the clean up at the end. They were prompt, efficient, professional, affordable, and friendly. Most importantly, the 200 ft of fence they installed in only one day, couldn't look better! Great Price, fast at coming to provide an estimate. Then come the problems. The contract read for 3 weeks from contract signing to install it took 7 weeks and many phone calls. There was no contact to us unless we prompted it. The day after I provided Acosta with my debit card # I received a call from the bank stating that they were detecting fraudulent charges. I had never used this card before so the bank informed me that it is likely someone at the company. The sales lady was supposed to inform the crew that she was unable to find our property stake and said they would handle everything just

Unbelievable service, quality, and pricing! I called over 6 fence companies before Acosta for a quote. From the start, they were amazing! They came out the next day for an estimate that was literally thousands less than everyone else. We were able to pull a permit and have the fence completed in 5 days! I would recommend Acosta to anyone with confidence!

This business has the worst customer service. It took two days for them to complete our wood fence. They said it would only take one. We had to hunt them down to return the second day...a week later. 6 months after the fence was built, panels started to come loose. We have been calling them for the past two weeks to come repair as they have completely fell off. They did not show yesterday when they said they would. They said they would be here today at 3:30pm and then called to let us know they would not be here until 4pm. They finally showed up at 5:15pm. You have to call and leave multiple messages

Do not use this company. Had new fence installed by them. The 2 guys installing left a huge mess in my yard. The craftsmanship is horrible and not durable. Fence is coming down and only a year old. I called to get it fixed and the lady on phone told me they are busy with a lot of repairs. This tells me that I am not the only one to get horrible craftsmanship. I have been calling every day for a few days with no call back. When I called to get fence installed they called me back in 15 minutes. I wish I never used this company. Contacted Acosta Fence company for a free estimate to replace my fence that had fallen over in a storm. The estimate seemed fair so I scheduled them to replace my fence. I explained the to sales rep that I wanted the exact fence that I had. He said no problem and even circled the fence in their brochure. I got a call that they would be there on a Saturday so I waited all day that Saturday and no show and no phone call. They showed up on Monday and I wasn't home to supervise.
