This was my first time using Universal Carpet. But it definitely will not be my last. I reached out in order to get the carpets cleaned on a property that I was listing. I knew nothing of this business until I just picked them from a Google listing. My initial call was pleasant and it was late Saturday afternoon and they were still eagerly to help me. For me that was awesome and it was pleasure hearing the excited voice on the other line willing to help me. When the team came out they were very helpful, pleasant, and thorough. They told me to sit back and they got me and they did just that. I am so very pleased with the young men who came and I will definitely be using them again as well as referring there services on. Universal Carpet Cleaning did a superb job of cleaning my old dirty pet stained and worn carpet throughout the house. We thought about replacing the carpet but decided to have them cleaned first.
