Please don't confuse this company with Carpet Cleaning Pros as I did. Left negative review meant for that company. Representative from this company contacted me right away to confirm whether I had the right company in mind, and offered to make it right if it was in fact them. That's excellent customer service. I recommend giving them a try, I sure will next time I need service!

AMAZING. They worked wonders on all of the unknown stains in my carpet. Gatorade and bath paints and suckers and other candy. They got it ALL. The best customer service I have ever come across. ALLPRO did a AWESOME job on our carpets. They were able to get out old Kool-Aid & wine stains on our carpet. They were also great at getting old pet odors out of the carpet and leaving everything looking like brand new. I would definitely recommend AllPro to anyone & will definitely use them again. I wasn't treated like a paying customer. The carpet wasn't clean the first time so they had to come back out and clean the townhouse. They didn't show up the day they were scheduled. I have email and texts how they lied about so many things. They say they're the best in Augusta, I don't believe that. The owner was very rude and wouldn't answer my calls after he was caught in a lie about the price. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

If you are looking to have a through good carpet cleaning, I would recommend Allpro Restoration and Carpet Care Specialists.
I have a stipulation in my lease to have the carpets professionally cleaned just prior to lease end. I may hire any professional carpet cleaning company of my choosing for one exception and that would be when my lease ends and I move out. When that is the case "Allpro Restoration and Carpet Care Specialists" is the only company I am allowed to hire and clean the carpets. This condition was non-negotiable, and not wanting to give up the chance to live here, I
