These folks are great. From start to finish by listening to their advice and instructions we had a remarkably smooth experience. Yes it takes a bit of work to make sure the perimeter of the house was clear, open food removed or bagged and plants next to the house removed but all that meant a great job.

Called them in June 2021 to inspect a house I own and rent out after complaints of sounds in the attic. I set up an appointment for the tenant to give them access to the house for an inspection on June 9. The guy called en route as he was having trouble find the house. I gave him directions. I never heard from him again. Finally, I called another company and they went out and eradicated a mouse in the attic. In January 2022, Preferred Pest called me to say I never paid them the $50 inspection fee. Needless to say, I was very unimpressed with this company which has otherwise pretty good reviews

Honest and efficient service. It was very convenient to book an appointment. They sent confirmation text, called when nearby, and were on time. They quickly identified the type of pest and gave an honest answer that nothing needs done for around a year or so. It's nice seeing a business that acts based on what's best for the customer rather than trying to make a quick profit. Highly recommended!

I have worked with other pest control businesses-this one is by far the best!! Everyone answers the phone during business hours are they call you immediately back they provide excellent customer service they listen to your needs and they show up on time!
So glad I came across preferred pest control orange county because they are doing such a tremendous job and they have flexibility and they will work around your schedule!!

I have been a customer of this business for many years. But today, things changed. I needed an urgent inspection of my attic. Lucy repeatedly told me no. I asked for the owner - who is a great guy - to be contacted , they did and he said yes, go do it. This started at 8:15 this morning. Next, I called and Kim answered. They were doing the inspection at 9:00am. Great! It is now 12:30 and after numerous calls to Kim, who by the way made a joke of this situation by saying she couldn't follow the inspector around all day, and the foreman started work at 5:15 am and he has obviously had continuous

We worked with Preferred Pest Control twice and they have always been professional. Albert came out to inspect the termite damages back in October and he made arrangement to have someone to come out next day to do the treatment because we were going to have repairs done soon. 5 stars for EXCELLENT customer service!!! Albert is kind, knowledgable, and is a great pest control technician. I have been asking Albert to come for different pest control (ants, fleas, bugs). He has been extremely accommodating and always responds immediately- perfect for someone like me who's impatient! He's very friendly and easy to talk to. If you're looking for a pest control co, call these guys! I've been using them for years, and I've come to rely on them so much. Super profesh, they respond ASAP, pricing is totally reasonable and they're products are safe and they WORK. All their techs are great, but Richard usually takes care of my pest problems. We had some pretty bad gnats problems in the back and front yard. I called around many pest control places and most of them turned me down as they don't have a good solution to solve gnats problem. Luckily I found Preferred Pest Control. It was easy to book an appointment. Albert went out quickly for inspection then sprayed the backyard & front yard. He was super friendly and professional. He is also licensed in agriculture and even provided us with tips on how to take care of the plants. Now we are finally gnats free!

I've used Preferred Pest several times so far, and each time have been a 110% satisfied. The techs have been extremely knowledgeable, and my most recent tech Ivan was especially friendly and professional.

These guys are so professional - their customer service is great - anytime I need them to come and do a respray and my mothers home they show up on the date and time they promise and get the job done right. My mother is older and is deathly afraid of spiders so they are aware of this and never hesitate to come help her out. Highly recommend them

We had a termite treatment for both subterranean and dry wood termites. Anthony was really nice and patient. He treated the whole house, check the attics. And he also showed me every part he treated and gave really helpful suggestions.
And also when we had the inspection, they didn't push us to sign or do anything. They just gave us their suggestions and gave us time to think and decide what we wanted to do about it.
