If you currently have another company and are happy with them stay with them. We had a young salesperson come to our house and asked us to give them a try and that I wouldn't be sorry. I'm sorry to say he was wrong. After the first two visits I was not happy and I was informed I could not cancel for a year so I tried to be positive and stick it out. We rarely had the same person come out more than once or twice. Because of the high turnover we constantly had to show the new guy what he was spraying for and explain to them what we wanted done. It's all about the Money !!.. hope you don't decide to move out of your house or have an emergency during your 12 month contract, these pests don't care, had to pay them for services not rendered just to end the contract... not so great customer service and not willing to help at all, I could understand if I just wanted out and cancelled the contract, but I shouldn't be held hostage and made to pay when I no longer own the Home..not like I have the authority to let them on the Property any way!!.. good ridden to you and to the California way of treating people!

All good people. they keep us critter clear, all year!!!!! very respectful and considerate. they do a great job for my wife and I. they will do the job, fast efficiently and respectfully!!!!!

I am new to Coasterra. Malcolm was professional, friendly and explained very well exactly what was going on at our home and how he will treat it. I look forward to less issues with our pest issues.

I had Coasterra for over one year. Late last summer my wife added mosquito control for an extra $59.00 a month. They showed up with two plastic buckets that were supposed to trap the mosquitoes. They would only tip over in wind and fill with water in rain. I complained to the techs but never called the office. I just switched to a new company with better mosquito chemicals and Coasterra wouldn't let me out of my contract charging my account $199.00. I asked for them to waive the penalty but they wouldn't waive it or break down the payments. Terrible local company with terrible

Cancelled the service months ago and found they still charged my credit card.. disputing the charge but shouldn't have to deal with this..

Malcom is the best. Always on time and helpful. We have been using Coasterra Pest Control for well over a year now and have been very happy with their service. Highly recommend them.

The last pest control service that we had done was performed by Rigo with Coasterra Pest Control. Rigo was very thorough and very professional. He called 15 minutes prior to arrival and he completed all of the service requirements in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Rigo and Coasterra for your pest control needs.

Amazing results and super Friendly and thoughtful people. If you live in Fountain Valley you have pests and you have ants! This company comes in does the job and leaves no odor or mess! So glad I found Coasterra and I highly recommend them. Even my pets seem to like the service technicians.

Eric is always courteous ,professional and thorough . We originally called about a year ago, for huge ant problem. Eric was called out and went right to work on solving problem . Within a few weeks ,all the ants were gone and haven't returned. After that we were sold on there service. We have Coasterra/Eric back out quarterly for maintenance . I have since referred Coasterra to several of neighbors, and friends . Thanks Again.

I was very pleased with Kevin. He was late, he explained his whole reason & WE ALL run into something. He was extremely apologetic too. Very informative of our situation & polite. I was not so happy with a couple of the office staff! They gave him the wrong information which I never told them. Thank goodness Kevin kept me posted of his whereabouts. From the beginning of our experience with this company it was fantastic. Both of the ladies that my wife spoke with, were super kind, knew the answer to everything that was asked and they were able to schedule a tech to arrive within an hour or two. The gentleman that showed up was very polite, wore a mask and shoe coverings. He treated the inside first allowing us time to get our dog ready then did a thorough job outside too. We recommend this company!

My new technician is Malcolm. He is the best of the best!! He was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Malcolm is very professional and very industrious. He is my go to guy for now on!

We've had this monthly service for about a year now and find them to be very good and accommodating. They will let us know what date they have scheduled and if that does not work for us we tell them what other dates are better and they seem to work with us well. If we need to have them spray inside they also work with us on the day and timing. I highly recommend this service.

Found someone on my doorstep when I came home. She gave me the scripted selling points and I agreed. Scheduled for a day I found convenient, somehow was not convenient for them and they sent me a couple days to choose from earlier in the week. I agreed, set a time and come to find out...it was a complete waste of my day.

1-5p was my appointment, 2p rolled around and not a word from this super company these folks are raving about. I finally called and apparently this super tech with a backpack sprayer is at another appointment and I am to sit around waiting for a 20-30 min heads up of his epic
