We have used Malang for over 3 years. They perform our service every 2 months, are professional, text reminders before and allow you to share problem areas. They have also helped with any problems we have had (ants, spiders, rats) when necessary, all included in our regular service fee.we just call and they are here. Friendly professional and a great company to work with.

I’ve reached out for assistance on numerous occasions and they were there to help on the same day with ant traps and additional repellent used in the interior. I will use them for as long as I own a home and recommend them to anybody else as well! 5-Stars!!!

I had a really bad ant infestation/colony that was in the walls and floors of my apartment. They were coming into every room. Once I would either seal up a hole or spray an area, they would find another place to come in. I had tried Terro baits, Advion Ant Gel and Advion Bait Arenas which only worked for a little bit and then they would return in full force in another part of my apartment.

We have been very happy with the service from malang pest control. They go above and beyond to accommodate us to make sure that they address all of our pest control issues. The technicians are very friendly and informative and definitely make an effort to explain everything in detail and listen to what you need. I have been using Malang 5 years and have loved their service. I get a full perimeter spray and they knock down any spiders and webs that I need them to outside or in the garage. Any questions about bugs inside the home, they were happy to look at and fix for me. Jeff has been great to communicate with. He is very timely with getting back to me and offers affordable pricing for the area I live in.

We've recently called Malang pest control and they had a quick response and came out for an inspection within a timely manner. They addressed our ant problems and it's helped with our ant problems inside and outside our home. It's made a huge difference! We signed up to have them come out for a frequent spray outside our home

I hate ants. Jeff came out to my house a few hours after I called him to help out with some ants that had shown up in my house. He gave me some tips on baiting and sprayed the outside of my home.
From speaking with him for a few minutes I could tell he was super knowledgeable and ran a professional operation at Malang. I signed up for quarterly service and I'm looking forward to my next service to hopefully keep the ants at bay.

We have been using Malang Pest Control service for the past couple of years. When we moved into our house, we had ant infestation during summer. We tried all the products from Home Depot/Lowes, but it was not very effective. A friend of mine referred us to Malang Pest Control.
The owner of Malang Pest Control, Jeff, explained the plans and assured the best service. We have taken the annual plan and Malang's quarterly service has taken care of the ant problems. Malang has also provided complementary services within the quarters if we had any any issues.

We had ants, spiders and bugs around the house and inside the house as well before.
Since Malang service doing their work quarterly, all those issues are gone.

Malang has been servicing my home since I moved in almost a year ago! My home was a new construction, so when we discovered there were ants right after moving in it was a headache for me as a new home-owner. While building furniture, one of Malang's staff rang our doorbell and offered a special for pest control! He was not pushy and accepted when I said I needed to think about it, and would get back to him later. After speaking with my family (who have more experience with costs) we decided this was a really good deal and went forward with signing a contract. The staff actually came back 20

We had ants and other bugs around our newly constructed home and it was really bothering us. Especially during the pandemic, when we were stuck at home. It gave us peace of mind, not having to deal with bugs all the time.
Jeff, our technician, was very efficient and thorough. He always wore a mask and gloves, and removed his shoes when entering the house. He answered all our questions. And was very friendly and courteous. Never complained

We called Malang out between normal services to investigate what sounded like footfalls in our ceiling. Jeff came out next day and thoroughly investigated our crawl space and provided us with some solutions.
We've had Malang do routine maintenance for over a year now as well and we've seen a dramatic decrease in our bug and ant problems.

We were serviced by Malang for a little under a year and had a great experience with them. When we first moved in, we had a lot of bugs and spiders hanging out around the house, and it was significantly reduced after they started servicing us!
Only thing, when they first did the service we were unaware that it would put us into a year long contract with them. The rep only notified us after they did the work... So, just be aware of that! Fortunately Jeff was able to remove the charge since we moved before the year was over. Overall would recommend!!
