Love this company. We have been calling them for the last 3 years. OC/Irvine/Tustin has a bad ant problem in the summer but OC Total Pest Control always helps us out. Love their customer service, professionalism, and price! This is the kind of business all small businesses should aspire to and I'm glad we support them. I'm a repeat customer not because their service didn't work, but because it WORKED so well. We recently moved and instead of doing the whole Home Depot DIY pest job, we called the pro's. We had been getting bites off and on for 2 years. Previously had someone (from another company) come check for bed bugs, and were told we did not have any. Took my 3 kids to the pediatrician, and though she was not sure where the bites were from, she recommended treatment for scabies, since all 5 family members had been bitten (and scabies is very contagious). Eventually, our bites would subside, but the issue would always resurface after a few months. The worst part was, we still had no answers as to what was going on.

It has been a helluva year for rats. Covid has food spoiling in the dumpsters in the alleys outside of empty restaurants trying too make ends meet. Not a soul in sight.
Add El Niño to the mix and you get the worst rodent infestation in decades.
So that weekend - the first without our dog on guard for over a year - rats broke into our basement. Why? Why, to eat our Covid food storage from Costco - PB pretzels - over Thanksgiving weekend!

I was referred to Anson Patrick at OC Total Pest Control for some rental units by a pest control company I found on Yelp. This review is long overdue, since I first used OC Pest Control since 2018.
BED BUGS!!! My issue was that I had one rental unit that had an infestation of bed bugs, while the adjoining unit ended up having roaches. Although I thought I wanted the orange oil to rid of bed bugs, I was told it was not as effective as other treatments. My concern was not to displace my tenants, since their mobility was an issue.

Called OC Total Pest control on a Friday and made an appointment for Saturday. They were quick to respond and took care of our home. Prices are great but the service is even better. We were so pleased with our Rodent problem that we called back for our termite. Marcial is the owner and is a great person. Very professional and efficient.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. Owner Marcial came to my place a couple of years ago to handle a rodent issue. He was very efficient, very thorough, screening all the various entry points he located in the attic and in the garage. At the time, I had no idea that his business is full-service, dealing with termites, ants, bugs of all kinds. Fast forward to this year. Anson has treated our home for a few years now. He seems to use a specialized approach with each situation. We've dealt with ants, spiders, and silverfish and depending on the situation, he will do what is necessary. I really appreciate that the solution he uses is safer for my family and often times he doesn't need to spray the inside of the home or it is localized to where the problem is likely coming from and it is taken care of! Anson is always kind, respectful of our home, and I feel the price is fair.

Oc pest control and Anson Patrick has taken care of our properties for going on 2 years now. We went through multiple pest control services and were not happy with their performance. We will be sticking with Anson and OC pest control as he has handled rodent infestations, bed bug problems and any other pests that happens to come through our rental properties. We called OC Total Pest Control to help get rid of ants. They were able to accommodate us with a weekend appointment, showed up on time, listened to our concerns and did a good job. When we called again to report some random, but a few ants - they didn't hesitate or push back to come again and do another spray. This worked like a charm. Anson is the best pest control service technician we have had treat our apartment. He was treating our entire building and handled everything very professionally and courteously.
My neighbors must not have kept their place very clean because they caused a building wide infestation and luckily our property management hired OC pest control. They got a handle on things and saved our apartment building from the rodents that were living next door. Anson calmed my fears, I'm terrified of mice and rats, he saved me from many sleepless nights and dealt with the verbal abuse from my neighbors in a calm

I called Anson when I had an ant colony living in my wall! I tried everything and was unable to get rid of them. Anson cleaned up the area, checked out the wall, and actually listened to me about where i think the ants were coming from. He treated the exterior, wall sockets, and behind the stove and fridge. The ants haven't been back plus he was super reasonable, clean, and very very nice. He also took care of my rental property when I had some silver fish. Excellent work, highly recommended!!!
