Terrible company to deal with - they are predators and will not return billing questions nor call back when they say they are. They charged me for a service that I canceled and are not returning calls to adjust for the service they are billing me for - which has left me frustrated. I highly recommend not using this company.

I only wanted to try an start the service because of there commercial. Don't believe in everything you watch. At first when they come they sound professional and spray everything and are very detailed. On the 2nd visit not so much. Also I arranged a schedule service on a particular day which they don't honor. I wanted to be hear to let them in the back yard. Which they didn't even spray. There customer service is horrible. Tried several times to contact leaving messages and nothing not even a voicemail. I would not recommend this service to anyone you better off getting another pest control company

So they did not show up for the first appointment. showed up with NO ant killer for the second appointment. the people on the phone were HORRID!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes, there are worse things in the world than your company hanging up on me and not taking care of my ant problem however, ma'am but if i am recommending a company to my friends and family the expectations are at least that your team handles the jobs and treats people kindly. your company failed at both. ** PEST SIDE not TEERMITE SIDE** termite side is fabulous!!!!!

Bad service, bad customer service , never call them again ...they want to inspect my property in 15 minutes because they have another appointment more important 🙄 hello !! Everybody is important for your business 💯 the service man has a small flush light for big property!! I have better equipment in my house and I do not have business 😒 🙃

I love their service. They never miss a beat on coming to do my monthly service. They spray for mosquitoes and spiders. I don't see any more spiders and the mosquitoes flying around my doors have tapered off dramatically. The technicians are friendly and do their best to help you even at their own cost. They have very good suggestions that are practical to use in helping yourself in ridding unwanted pests. I recommend them 100%
