An appointment was made for a bee hive removal for between 8 and 9 in the morning. Mario was there on time and didn't require we be there with a signed form faxed the previous day. The job was done with care, even taking pictures of the progress and work that was done that were e-mailed to me the following day.

From the beginning calling and speaking with Laurie... She was very personable and very very accommodating to get Mario out to spray!
I was having issue with ants for over a month straight and after finally giving up I looked on yelp and saw such great reviews!... So happy that I called!
Mario was very professional and extremely nice. Quality and customer service above and beyond! Price was very fair and I have not seen one stupid ant since!!It has been almost a month and I could not be happier!

Great job on bees. The folks are the phone know what they are talking about so you get a much better sense of what you need and how they will approach the problem.
Both on the phone and then with the person doing the work - They were both very patient and communicative. They delivered what they said they would do. Highly recommend.

We had a pretty significant ant problem inside and outside our house. Mario came out and handled the issue like a boss. He did one treatment inside and outside of our home and we've been ant free for about 3 years now. Pricing was very reasonable and the people are super nice. Highly recommend Swarm Pest Control!

I have been a residential customer for nearly 5 years, and Mario and his team are the real deal. I love how much they care, which is a real rarity these days where only the bottom dollar matters to most. They spend the time needed to make sure the job is done correctly and are super friendly. Mario is always accommodating with circumstances (dogs, kids, access, etc). Can't recommend them enough!

Swarm Pest Control does not even deserve 1 star but I was required to give one in order to post this review. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t show up for scheduled appointments. I’m not just saying they were late, I’m saying they NEVER came at all for 2 different appointments nor did they call me to apologize or attempt to reschedule. I had to call them, numerous times leaving a message each time and not getting a call back. In addition, one time when the owner (Mario) showed up, an item was stolen out of my garage when I left if open for him to spray inside the garage. I was home

We've used Swarm for regular spraying for insects over the years and have had a great experience. For some reason they have been unresponsive in recent weeks. I have called and left several messages and have not gotten a reply. We set up a rodent trap a few months ago and were supposed to call back to have them check it and pick it up, but they have not been reachable. It's disappointing.
EDIT: Mario, the owner, replied and resolved the issue right away. Apparently my messages were going to an old number and he wasn't getting them. Appreciate his prompt attention to the issue.

A few months ago we had a HUGE flea issue. Both our cats had fleas and so did our house. We tried everything:
- bathing the cats, dosing them with flea med every month, flea comb, washing their bedding, dry flea shampoo.
- vacuuming the house, washing all our bedding and EVERY SINGLE ITEM OF CLOTHING, fogging the place 3x.
NOTHING worked. We were relieved when our landlord had her pest control company treat our house twice, but to no avail, the fleas were STILL there.
That's when I called Swarm after reading about their 90 day policy for another retreating if it doesn't stick the

Used Swarm two times to spray my backyard when it's ant season in Irvine. Both times have been a resounding success and I've yet to see anymore ants after they've sprayed. Service has always been great and the Swarm employees are professional.
Fingers crossed that it stays this way for the rest of the summer! No ants in my pants!

After finding a few roaches in our home my wife called this company. Technician came to our Santa Ana home, and after explaining to me what he'd be doing to treat our house. Then he continued to explain the reason why Santa Ana notoriously has a roach problem, his reason was the following: "Hispanic people work in kitchens and these german roaches travel with them back into their homes" and that's why Santa Ana has a roach problem.
I kindly asked him to leave my home. He had no real remorse or sense, that these type of comments are super problematic and that he is in a customer

This place is totally incompetent. I scheduled rodent control with these guys. They indicated they I'd need to hire separate handy man in-order to seal entries (which seems to be a warning sign already), but I gave them a chance anyway. They continue to set traps in living spaces instead of attic or closets where the rats are. They are often late to the appointment schedule. They sort of just disappeared after setting trap, so you kept having to call them to remind them to come back and check the trap.

We recently moved, and along with the new house we also inherited the bugs that called our new house home. Having used Swarm before for ants at our previous home, and being super impressed, we called again for help.
Derek was at our house less than 72 hours later. He showed up on time, was super friendly, listened to my description of our problem, and not only addressed our concerns, but told us additional things to look out for.

AMAZING SERVICE FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS NOW!
Mario is STILL terrific at responding quickly. They're always able to fit me in, and the techs are super friendly. Derek even carried one of my dogs down the freshly sprayed front steps yesterday!!! LOL

We gathered several quotes to get rid of rats that were making themselves at home under our house and in the garage. Not only was Swarm the least expensive, but they were incredibly professional, kind and understanding. Angel knows what he is doing! He told us what we can do to make sure the rats don't come back. Nicole- super helpful! Although we hope we never see rats again, if we do, this is the company to go with! We are so thankful!

Not only was Nicole helpful, friendly and professional, she was a well of information and made the whole prepping less stressful. The appointment was not only met, but I was actually offered an earlier time. Angel was confident, knowledgeable and reassuring.
