I called like three different pest control company before calling Old Towne Termite but all of them had automated answering. I even waited few hours but no return call. So with a frustration I decide to call Old Towne Termite and give it a try. What a surprise. Rob(owner) pick up the phone. I explained to Rob that bees were forming a nest on pomegranate tree at my parents' backyard.

Rob at Old Towne is extremely conscientious and responsive and does an excellent job! We had so many ants when I first called Rob. He did an amazing job getting rid of all the ants, crickets and other bugs that seemed to be increasing with time. He is very professional and respectful and knows how to get rid of bugs! He also helped with the mosquitoes as well. He comes out quarterly and the bugs and ants are under control. My parents use his services and my sister uses his services as well. I am so glad we found him and appreciate his attentiveness when I was beyond trying to handle the issue myself

Let me be clear, I hardly ever leave reviews. Companies need to flourish and supersede my expectations by a mile for me to post a review. Old Towne Termite and Pest Control was simply incredible. First off, when I learned of our home having a termite issue, I reached out to 6-7 companies to come take a look at it. I got countless automated answering machines OR companies who couldn't make it out to me until weeks later.
