I've had 2 services with Cura; both times were with Raymond: (1) inspect roaches appearing during hot summer and (2) fleas that somehow got latched on to me and was feeding away on my feet (I don't have pets). He knowledgeable for the issues I had, never tried to upsell anything, responded promptly to my request/questions, and arrived on time for the scheduled appointment.

I have never used a pest service due to safety concerns for my children until now. I decided to see if there were safer options and interacted with several "green" or "non-toxic" pest companies. Many of them would not tell me what products they use or they were extremely expensive. Tina in the office was so great and immediately offered to send me the label and all of the safety data sheets for the green product they use. I have been hesitant to use a pest control company for fear that the ingredients may harm my small children. Our yard became full of spiders. After doing a little research, we came across Cura Termite and Pest control company. I love that they have a green pest control service which makes me feel better about using it around my children. Darrial is our technician. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. Since beginning our treatment last month I haven’t seen anymore spiders. Highly recommended.

I have been using Cura for a little over a year now and they are amazing! I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Tina is always super prompt on answering my calls/emails, and we just got a new service person named Mason. Mason goes above and beyond for the quarterly services. I told him I was so pleased with his work I would leave him a good review. Highly recommend Cura if you are having pest problems.

Mason our technician was very polite, efficient and pleasant. He was even a few minutes early, which I really appreciated. I don't like waiting around. The products he used didn't have an unpleasant smell at all and wasn't over powering. Since it is natural I feel much better about using this service. It's really the key since I would suffer a few bugs if there were only toxic chemicals to keep them away. Thank goodness there are natural options around like Cura.

Cura Termite and Pest Control had Jeremy doing the repair work of the wood damage from termites. He was a lifesaver. He did a wonderful job on replacing wood facia and a wood roof repair over the kitchen that was damaged from a water leak. He showed confidence and skillful in whatever he did and in addition was very able to express what he saw and needed to do to repair the damage. He conveyed to me that he was competent to do the work and that I did not need to worry about the result. And he was sensitive enough to clean up before leaving in the evening. I brought back some sort of mite while visiting Sequoia National Park and was getting severe bites. It infested my entire closet and bedroom. My gf told me about Cura so I decided to give them a call. The receptionist was extremely helpful in trying to get a representative to come as quickly as possible.
