I'm very pleased with Garage Door Team! They helped me diagnose my garage door problems over the phone to try to save me time and money! Once it was clear that my garage door needed some work, I was scheduled same day. The service was very prompt and the repairs were explained to me well while also bringing to my attention the care my garage door might need in the future. I'm so glad I went with Garage Door Team and I will be using them in the future!

Great customer service! Top priority was trying to save you money. He explained all the options we could have done with our garage door very thoroughly. He got the job done quick and now my garage door is stronger than it was before. If we have any other issues with our doors we will definitely contact him again as well as refer our friends/family to him.

INCREDIBLE Customer service!!! Alex was precise, explained everything to me and I found out that I don't need a new seal or a new garage door! He even installed my new garage door control! He did not charge me anything!
Don't bother calling anyone else??? Another garage door company told me I needed a new seal, $475.00 OR replace the whole door for $3800.00????

Alex is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He is now my "go to" garage door service person.
I prefer to deal with an owner/service person like Alex, rather than a big operation where a receptionist does the scheduling. With the "bigs,", you don't even have a chance to discuss the problem with a tech until whoever gets the assignment shows up at your door.

Bless you, Alex! On short notice, Alex arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was different than my first suspicion. He was honest and straightforward and provided three different options to resolve the problem, including ones that were more advantageous for my budget, instead of his. After he left, my garage door was working like it used to and my wallet was not as light as I had anticipated. Alex was obviously experienced and respectful, which is why I recommend him for any garage door issues that you might encounter.

We needed a new garage door opener and external keypad. Called Alex at Garage Door Team and was given very specific quote over the phone which was reassuring. Was able to come to our home within 2 days of our call and showed up exactly when he promised. Aside from keeping a healthy distance, Alex offered to wear a mask. Did the work we requested in under 1/2 hour and the bill was less than the phone quote. Highly recommend this company and in particular Alex.
