D&L Garage Door techs were friendly and great to work with. They clearly communicated options and costs during the visit to help determine what I needed. On installation day they worked efficiently, cleaned up the space, explained how everything worked and what to do if I encountered any issues going forward. Will certainly ring them again for any future garage door needs.

We recently purchased a home built in 2005. The garage doors themselves were in good condition. However there were problems with the openers and the doors made a bit of a racket when opened or closed. Dave from D&L recommended keeping the doors but overhauling everything else. Not only did they do a great job but the result is the quietest and most smoothly operating doors we've ever had and we've owned/built 5 new homes in the past 15 years!

This company is responsive when I need service and fast and efficient when on site. I very much like their work, and you won't be disappointed if you use them. Your response was nice, but you have actually performed numerous repairs on my doors as well as installing new ones for me a couple of years back. With every interaction I've been pleased.

Guy and Nate were incredible!!! They were extremely professional and delivered exactly what they promised. They configured my new construction home with garage door openers that worked well with my specific needs. I greatly appreciated the fact that they were more interested in making sure that I was set up with equipment that was appropriate for my home. Both worked well as a team, and I had a very positive experience in using D&L Garage Doors with Guy and Nate!

D&L Garage Doors for a reason people give five stars. Customer Service at a high level. A worker who came to do his job is above all an exceptional approach to people which is very important. The other does his job so skillfully that there are no words of thanks that would suffice. What I especially liked is checking a few times to be completely sure if everything is property. I really wasn’t wrong in choosing this company as my first experience. Thank you very much for the quality work and special thanks to the guy who is hardworking and capable.

Super fast service. I was expecting them to come out, take a long look, give an estimate, take another few weeks, then come out to repair/replace. Instead, Guy showed up with equipment on hand and was able to replace my unit within an hour! Exactly what I wanted. He took extra time to make sure that I was comfortable on how to use my new hardware.

D&L Garage team came out to my home within 40 minutes in the late afternoon. I couldn't close my garage at that time. One of the cable popped off and some of the hinges broke. But they made time in their busy schedule to come and fix my garage. They are very professional and great customer service. I highly recommend that anyone needs any garage services done for any reason. D&L is the one to call. Thanks again D&L!!!

Responsive, and very helpful. The scheduling department was great, and they kept me in the loop on where the technician was at. The technician was great and did exactly what he needed to do. Also gave me some great advice on how best to care for my garage door. Overall very happy with how this company handles business.

Guy came early and was very professional. My problem was a wire that wasn't connected to the sensor. He had it fixed within a few seconds. Easy fix. Guy explained to me about the sensors and what to look for if they stopped working again. He ensured my garage door was balanced as well. He did not try to sell me anything else or talk me into upgrading. No high pressure sales at all. He was very polite and respectful.
I am very pleased with the very quick response time in coming. This is a great garage repair company and Guy is a excellent service tech. Great experience!

Best experience ever! My garage door was stuck partway open and I was stressing how to get it fixed ASAP. D&L Garage Doors were out the same day and had everything they needed to get me up and down again. Excellent customer service from my initial call, the scheduling, Guy and Zane (who explained everything delightfully) and then a follow up call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. You just can’t beat them! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
