Real estate agent used them. They sub-contract a different company to install gutters and were installed incorrectly. Missing a downspout, other downspouts weren't sealed, among other things. Called several times before I eventually got in touch with the head of the crew that was sent to put them in. Said he'd get somebody out there, no one ever came. Talked to one of the owners next and she said she was told that somebody came and fixed it, which was a lie, nothing was fixed. Another subcontractor was sent to fix it, which is when I learned about how improperly they were originally installed.

Don't believe any bad things you hear about A&K Roofing and Gutters. I'm a Realtor & have been using them for over 20 years. I know many other realtors who use them & are very glad they found them. I Can't say enough good things about this company. They are honest & have a lot of integrity. They will work with any situation you have. They take no money down, Lifetime Warranty & they stand behind it. The Owners Ann & Kevin answer calls. I am very happy with A&K Roofing and Gutters. I would not use anyone else.

Their reputation is so bad that they are leaving reviews for their own company. Anything with the last name Martinez or Mcmenamin is from family. They can’t even get their customers to vouch for them because they are shady and offer pointless lifetime warranties that aren’t lifetime and try and get customers to inflate insurance claims for more money.

Good company to work with. Crew did good job of cleaning up each day, and keeping dog gate closed. Roof looks good and quality of work loos good. Fair price. Only time will tell how it holds up. Last job done by Tby cornerstone only lasted less than six years. Poor workmanship.

Kevin came over - rude - wanted all the monies the insurance company would give and promised he could get it, after they installed the roof. My insurance company says that is not the way they operate and Kevin does not know how insurance companies work. Kevin wanted me to submit a bill to the insurance company for $5,000 more than the roof costs and he said he can get it because he knows how insurance companies work. Final answer - he never would have been able to do that because the additional monies I received from the insurance company are for other repairs - not the roof. And the monies are
