Had Jim look at roof on a house we were buying he came back with the roof was in great shape with no repairs needed..well you could clearly see damage on the roof so we had 2 other roofers come out and look and both of them came back with the roof had pretty major damage from hail and also had shingles curling up needing repair..don't trust this guy with your roof
