Pioneer is a family owned and operated corporation. Second generation owners include Amie Hodges, daughter of the founders, serving as President and CEO of the corporation and sibling Gordon McGee, Jr., serving as the Vice President.

With combined backgrounds and/or advanced degress in Accounting, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, Education and Aerospace, the family owned corporation is very well equipped to handle any construction project that is presented to them.
