Materials were paid for and my check was cashed December 11, but here it is December 23 and my materials still have not been delivered even though they stated on several occasions it would be here. I've probably spent over $10,000 dollars in material here trying to finish a remodel. I've called and no one will answer. I've even left a message over 24 hours ago and wasn't even given a call back. They also would not take a debit or credit card over $600 so you better bring cash or a check. They messed up my order months ago for drywall for the entire house. I ordered 4x12 sheets. Trim is much less expensive here than the big box stores. They always have what I need, and can order other items that aren't available in store. Also, If you need a contractor they have a 2 page list with phone numbers of contractors and handymen in the area. And they are sorted by profession i.e. plumber, electrician, framer, etc. Just ask the guys at the front and they make a copy.

The only thing that kept em from getting 5 stars is Someone there don't know how to give directions. My experience was GREAT!! Walmart could take a lesson from these folks at Manchester Bldg Supply they have got the 'Customer Service' aspect of business nailed down! Keep up the good work guys but oh PLEASE get some baskets, buggys, or at the very least, plastic bags with handles? (You know like Walmart bags) I ended up leaving behind the color of Zar wood stain I really needed due to shuffling items around in the paper bag!!! I checked and I was NOT charged for it so was my error but more manageability
