I have shopped this store ocasionally (3 or 4 times a year)over the past 7 years... Never the same people working the store... I asked once and was told there was a high employee turn over... Sometimes I have felt welcome and others it was openly hostle...
Today I went in for a couple of fasteners and was interrogated by a woman who must have been asset protection... Lots of personal questions which I had no problem answering... She was pretending to be a customer who was looking for the same type of items that I was but.. she wasn't... I am in my mid 60s and don't think I look like a shoplifter

CONTRACTORS BEWARE. DIYers stay away. Do not recommend.
Over paid $10 per sheet on bead board just because they had the amount I needed.
Called it in on Friday morning and asked if they could have it on the job Monday morning. They said no problem you’ll have it by 9am.
Still not left the yard by 11am.
We could have picked it up if they hadn’t lied to us. Cost me a day.

Do not go to this place for any building products. We are a General Contactor. Have ordered materials for several jobs and spent over 45,000 dollars in the last 3 months. They fail to deliver the correct product ordered on several occasions. We will be finding another Builder Supply company who appreciates our business and checks the orders before they send them out to a job. Our orders have been incorrect materials, seconds and not followed up as a professional business should be.
