Rhodes Building Company maintains a company-wide Quality Control Program which is designed to ensure that the proper planning, inspection and documentation is in place to create a streamlined working environment that produces quality results.
The term "General Contract" refers to a project delivery method which is sequenced as design, bid, build. A project delivered under the "General Contract" delivery method has the (general) contractor join a project team once the construction documents are completed. These construction documents are procured under separate contract between the owner and architect/engineers.
