We had a concrete patio and cedar fence installed this summer and fall. They did beautiful work, were on-time, and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Everyone we worked with was great, and went out of there way to make sure we were satisfied with the job.
For example, they added soil around the patio to make it a even transition with the yard and laid some grass seed once they were done. A few days latter we had a nasty storm that washed away much of the seed and soil. Without any prompting from us, someone was over here to reapply more soil and seed.

In the past I have had Dave Van Rite Construction finish our basement which is unique in design and our family has been enjoying it for several years now.
The severe rain storm we had this past year unfortunately flooded our entire finished basement. It was devastating for my husband and myself being both retired and in our late 60's. After our Insurance Company hired a cleaning company to remove and clean up damaged items, which took several days. We then contacted Creative Decks & Landscaping, Basement by Design. We can't say enough for Dave's crew. They are hard workers, wonderful to work with
