First Choice WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY!!
Less than a year after our hardscape was completed, problems developed. Pavers separated and cracks opened up. Pavers sunk and are not level. Retaining walls are leaning and sinking. Steps are shifting.
Mike inspected the site and promised to take care of it. He looked us in the eye and said "I want to have happy customers. I will take care of it". However, 1stChoice continued to make excuses, made no attempt to fix the problems and ignored our requests to fix the problems.
Mike lied in his response to our Better Business Bureau complaint,

I do NOT recommend 1st Choice Landscaping. My previous review was too fresh and I didn't realize the sloppy work that was done. They didn't install our vinyl fence correctly. It has blow over countless times and we have a dog, this is very unsafe. They didn't put wood post into any of the fence posts and didn't drop the post in far enough. They do shoddy work and it took them FOREVER to complete.
Now, if they would have been willing to retify this situation my attitude may not be as negative, but I tried to contact them many, many, times to come fix the fence
