Mr.Saenz and his team had to remove a lot of oleander bushes, a tree, and do mowing and yard cleanup for us. Cannot say enough good about this company! Mr.Saenz told us it was a big job and that he would have his men work on it over a period of time! They did everything we asked for and always left a door hanger that told us how many men worked and how many hours they were here!
We found the company to be professional from the ladies in the office to the workers themselves-they are our regular lawn service now!

Do not use this business. Look elsewhere.
The lady who answers the phone is loud and unprofessional with “huh” and “what”. I had to call 3 times to schedule service, each time because I was promised a call back, but no one from the company ever called. I should have paid attention to this warning sign.
I had a below surface water leak with the sprinkler system and I also needed the sprinklers adjusted as some were spraying the wall. This was my service request.
Ruben Saenz, the owner, showed up on time, with one other guy, to fix it all. Ruben told me he is the best in the business,

Very unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment for an estimate they arrived late. I hired them anyway, I was wrong to do so! I cleared my calendar for the date and time THEY CHOSE. An hour after the time they were supposed to arrive, I called to find out why the were a no show and no call. I was told, "you know what the guys are having trouble with the trailer and I didn't have your number." Of course that was a lie! Great experience with Raul and Complete Lawncare. We needed our sprinklers worked on after having a pool installed and many lines broken. Raul and his team walked us through the options we had to either repair or replace (many mature trees and shrubs). We decided to do a new system which he covers with a 5 year warranty, vs just fixing the many issues and only getting a 2 year warranty on their work and not the rest of the system. After install, I was putting in new sod and realized I needed a head adjusted and the team was over the next day moving it with no cost or questions asked. They have

I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism for my most recent needs. I have used this company for several years for yard clean up and sprinkler repairs. I had an appointment for sprinkler repair. I adjusted my work schedule to be home and I even called earlier in the day to confirm. They never showed and did not call. I called and texted the office and was just told “sorry and I’ll let the manager know”. I asked if I could get them to come out the next morning and was told “sorry but they are very busy”. Wow! Professional company from my initial call to the young lady that answered my call to Raul repairing my emergency irrigation situation. I reside in a rural area on the westside; a pipe had separated near the irrigation valves flooding my poorch, so I had to turn the water off to my house. It's a Friday afternoon and the young lady put me in touch with Raul. He already had a full schedule, but told me he would get to me; he called at 6:30 pm and said he was on his way. 7:00 pm he was here, immediately saw the problem and corrected it. Totally professional from the front desk to job completion.

I got a second estimate from this company and I just got a better feeling with them than the first one. And my gut feeling was right- Raul and his team was awesome and friendly and used quality products to help bring my sprinkler system up to par. Now it reaches my whole yard and I couldn’t be happier.
On the off chance- I asked if raul and his team would be able to help me dig a good size hole for my in ground trampoline and he very much obliged. Took the dirt away and left the yard clean. I would very much use this awesome team for any lawn issues that I may have again.
