When it comes to having a beautiful and vibrant looking yard, fungus in a lawn can be the culprit to an unhealthy lawn in little to no time, which is why it is very important get this disease causing fungus under control. Controlling fungal activity is very important because it is highly destructive in such a short amount of time, in fact, even overnight.
Most pigeons roost and feed in close sites (within several miles). They normally roost on flat surfaces. You will find them everywhere, but most commonly found on the roof of residential homes and commercial buildings (sky scrapers). Although pigeons nest, they will make a home on roofs, ledges, drain spouts, corners of eves, electric line poles and parks.
Rodents can be difficult to keep out of structures. For instance, mice can squeeze through spaces as small as a dime and rats can fit through holes the size of a quarter. For proper rodent pest control, seal any cracks and voids. Ensure there is proper drainage at the foundation and always install gutters or diverts which will channel water away from the building.
