What a pleasure it was to work with Kool Koncepts. Called Todd and spoke to him about the problem we were having with our AC. He said he would be out in a couple of hours to look at the system and do some diagnostics. He arrived as scheduled, determined the problem and gave us options for fixing. We ended up with a new compressor with a very fair price. The installation was fast and smooth and we couldn't be happier with the service and the cost. We will be using Kool Koncepts in the future.

Kool Koncepts delivered on every aspect of customer service; including professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness. Todd Finley came through on every detail that was initially quoted and discussed. Called Friday morning to have someone check my AC. My call went to voicemail and I left a message. I received a text a few minutes later stating " Afraid I'm not available today...very sorry. Koolkoncepts." Whoever sent the text didn't bother to (A) let me know when they WILL BE available and (B) didn't call back or text either. So they lost a potential customer. Some of these 5 Star ratings must be BOGUS! So they definitely lost a new customer as I scheduled with someone else. I anticipated they would be busy and couldn't come same day. Maybe he didn't like the sound of my voice.

Kool Koncepts is the best. They recently installed an AC unit in our house and they were professional, on time, and efficient. And they were very competitive on pricing. They also did repairs for us last year (on a different system) instead of pushing a new system as other companies did. I could not recommend them any higher. GREAT COMPANY!

We used the nextdoor app to find an air conditioning repair person. Todd Finley at Kool Koncepts was well reviewed so I gave him a call. He is personable, neat, and knowledgeable. He and his team were prompt and efficient. He didn't try to upsell but uses quality products. I definitely recommend this business.

I cannot say enough good things about Todd and Kool Koncepts. Our ac had been slowly dying for approx a year and we knew it wouldn't make it through another TX summer. We called him at the recommendation of my in-laws (he has done great work for them and for several other family members) and he came out. He gave us a very reasonable quote (we had 3 different people come to quote us) and made some recommendations that the other companies missed (our ac was the wrong size for our house!). Todd is great! He came out when our heat stopped working during the winter weather earlier this year. He was knowledgeable and made recommendations based on what we needed. Pricing was very reasonable, and we haven't had issues since. I would definitely call him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I've relied on Kool Koncepts twice at my house (once to install a new unit, once to repair an older unit). Todd Finley's work is excellent.
Kool Koncepts has also worked on a/c and heating issues at four friends houses (including my next door neighbor) and everyone is pleased with the work.
If I have an a/c or heating issue that I can't resolve and Mr. Finely is available, he's the one I'll use--every time!
